Coaching and application training for refugees - Arrival Aid (Munich, Germany)

What does it do? Arrival Aid supports refugees upon arrival in Germany. The company offers various forms of support, including assistance with the asylum process, trauma support, assistance for refugees with disabilities/chronic illnesses, and also supports integration by offering German language courses, continuing education, and assistance in finding training and jobs.

What was good? The HHH Association supports this project through two initiatives in which H&Z employees contribute their time and expertise. Members provide one-on-one coaching to selected refugees throughout their application process, or they provide longer-term mentoring support in their job search and integration.
