Application training for young people at ClubIn Schwabing (Munich, Germany)

What's being done? The ClubIn International Meeting is an open meeting place for teenagers and young adults between the ages of 17 and 27. Young people from different cultural backgrounds get to know each other, exchange ideas, and take advantage of meeting, counseling, educational, cultural, and leisure opportunities.

What was good? Since 2013, Hirn Herz Hand eV (Hin Heart Hand Association) has supplemented the program with regular application training sessions. Members of the association offer their services as personal coaches and explain what's important when applying for a job. From the structure of an application to interview simulations, the coaches are also available to answer individual questions. During the training sessions, HHH members contribute their time and learn a great deal about different cultures.
