What does it do? The non-profit ACCESS GmbH is committed to training people with disabilities and placing them in the job market. When employed according to their abilities, they become valuable employees within the company. Through Access, people with disabilities, especially young people and students, receive support in finding suitable jobs and integrating into the workforce.

What was good? Thomas Zachau, founder and board member of H&Z and a member of HHH eV, is on Access's advisory board. Through him, the association also supports the Access Integration Service on a case-by-case basis through pro bono consulting.
